Position: Senior Outpatient/ Pre Assessment Nurse

Location: Brentford

Pay: up to £50,000 (dependent on experience) plus benefits and paid enhancements

Hours - Full time

Contract - Permanent

MediTalent are seeking a Senior Outpatient/ Pre Assessment Nurse to work for our client - a leading healthcare provider, in their State-of-the-Art Private clinic based in Brentford. They are seeking someone to join and help in leading their well-established Outpatients &Pre assessment team. Your focus will be on ensuring a seamless, high-quality service for all patients and consultants within the clinic. This private clinic offers a range of elective procedures and surgeries to private patients as well as running some small NHS lists.

Your responsibilities include:
Aiding in the development of outpatients and pre-assessment service, collaborating with consultants, other healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure effective care is delivered. You will monitor patient outcomes and ensure follow-up care is provided to patients. You will provide flexibility around business requirements and oversee the scheduling of patient appointments. You will act as a role model and support figure for those around you. You will help to mentor and support more junior team members.

The right candidate:

• Must have NMC Pin
• Previous management and leadership experience
• Solid experience in outpatient and pre-assessment
• Strong leadership skills
• Good communication skills
