As our first point of contact for customers, the Customer Service Advisor plays a key role in the Mizuno Team. Providing first class B2B customer service experience, as well as communicating clearly on needs and expectations to the wider team including, the Assistant Manager – Production Admin, Credit Control team, Production and Warehousing teams and our Sales team.

 

Key tasks and responsibilities include;

 · Process custom-fit / head-only orders, advise customers of the status / lead time of orders and any part shortages.

· Effectively handle any custom-fit order enquiries to ensure product specification is correct for the customer.

· Efficiently and accurately manage calls and emails from internal and external customers relating to custom-fit / head-only orders.

· Work closely with relevant departments to ensure highest level of service is provided to customers.

· Ensure that customer and sales-force queries are resolved promptly and correctly.

· Ensure incident reports relating to custom-fit / head-only orders are raised promptly to relevant warehouse detailing all discrepancies.

· Participating in training and other learning to expand knowledge of the custom order assembly process.

 

The role will be office based within our site in Cumbernauld.

About you

The ideal candidate will have/be;

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Customer focused with a positive and pleasant attitude

· Excellent organisational skills with an ability to pay particular attention to detail.

· Good IT skills including experience of using Excel, Word and Outlook.

· Team-player who can also work independently.
