WHAT YOU WILL DO

This is a busy Lateral Recruiter role that is perfect for someone with a couple of years of experience in an Exectuvie Search firm as a Researching looking for that next step. As a successful candidate you will enjoy seeing a project through from start to finish, can take initiative, and work well as part of a team.

• Assist with market mapping within the fee earning areas
• Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders and candidates
• Update databases and spreadsheets to help maintain a well-organised system
• Create and post job adverts
• Assist with scheduling the interivews
• Achieve recruitment goals while respecting set budgets

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful you will be able to complete multiple projects successfully at one time. The ideal candidate will take initiative, can work under pressure, and is a natural problem solver.

• Bachelors degree
• 2-3 years experience in executive search as a researcher
• A confident people person
• Impeccable oral and written communication
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Confident with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
