This unique opportunity requires some evening and weekend work due to the boarding school environment, offering you the chance to make a significant impact outside the conventional school hours. Furthermore, this is a 52-week position, inclusive of Lets outside of School closure periods, ensuring a year-round engagement with our community. What you’ll do:

• To organise, plan and attend any special functions as required, some of which may occur outside of normal working hours and to ensure each event is recorded accordingly and costed accurately. For example Open Morning, Performances, school meetings, parents evenings.
• To manage the full production from menu planning, rotas, ordering and receiving of goods as required. To control budgeted consumption levels to agreed targets and use tools available to support.
• To take all necessary steps to ensure maximum security of the kitchen, store, office, safe any monies that
