Job Title: Head of Department - Residential Property
Location: Cheshire, United Kingdom
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 DOE (Dependent on Experience)

My client is a highly reputable law firm based in Cheshire, known for its commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. They pride themselves on their well-structured and established team, dedicated to delivering outstanding legal services across a range of practice areas.

They are currently seeking a talented individual to join the team as the Head of Department for Residential Property. In this role, you will lead the Residential Property team, overseeing all aspects of operations, strategy, and client service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex residential property matters and inspiring their team to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of dedicated Residential Property professionals.
Manage a varied caseload of complex residential property matters, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Develop and implement departmental strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting professional development and growth opportunities for team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with extensive experience in Residential Property law.
Proven track record of success in managing complex residential property matters.
Experience in commercial property matters is beneficial, but not essential.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive business growth.

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary dependent on experience, in the region £50,000-70,000.
