WSP Riyadh is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager for a prominent airport project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
Project Oversight: Lead the construction phase of the airport project, ensuring all activities align with project plans and specifications.
Team Management: Manage and coordinate the construction team, including contractors and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of construction quality and compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Budget and Schedule Control: Monitor project costs and schedules closely, implementing strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project delivery within set parameters.
Communication: Foster effective communication among project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
