Job description

Job Role: Debt Recovery Administrator

Location: Worcester

Hours: Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week

Main Responsibilities

Acting as the first point of contact for any resident enquiries, answering all incoming calls and responding to emails.
Providing excellent customer service to over 1400 leaseholders and residents.
Carrying out Land Registry searches and cross-referencing of data.
Checking Lease/TP1 documents for interest rates.
Corresponding with Leaseholders via letter, telephone and/or email.
Monitoring of shared inboxes and replying to individuals, Mortgage lenders and solicitors.
Agree and monitor payment plans.
Take credit/debit card payments over the telephone.
Managing incoming and outgoing post.
Accurate scanning and filing of letters/court documents.
Ensuing all queries from all sources are adequately answered, quickly and efficiently in accordance with internal guidelines.

Skills and Experience

Demonstrable experience of delivering exceptional customer service.

Confident, articulate communicator – both orally and in writing; able to build relationships with all types of customers and clients with a resolution focused mentality whilst also being creative in your approach.

Able to work with autonomy and as part of a wider team.
Efficient in maintaining administration and record keeping electronically.
Ability to work under pressure, within deadlines and able to prioritise and manage time effectively.
Excellent IT skills, social-media awareness and up to date with new technology.
