An apprenticeship is a job with training which enables you to earn while you learn.
The apprentice standard consists of core knowledge, skills and behaviours relevant to the job role.
Functional Skills, maths and English, are an integral to completion of the apprenticeship. The apprentice will achieve these qualifications as part of the apprenticeships, if not previously gained.
Along with the apprenticeship standard, the apprentice will also achieve a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner diploma.
We are a small setting so can't guarantee a permanent position on completion but the right candidate could complete Level 2 and Level 3 training with us and, hopefully there might be a role available after that.
