Job description
Our client who are a well-regarded, leading law firm based in Gloucester are recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join their team on a part time permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be providing secretarial and administrative support to the staff in the office, ensuring duties are carried out efficiently and thoroughly.
Responsibilities/Duties;
-Typing legal documents, correspondence and agreements
-Collating information for documents such as bundles, diary management and contact with clients
-Liaising with introducers and clients, keeping them updated regarding progress
-Handling telephone calls
-Updating and maintaining client records on the internal systems
-Help other secretaries with urgent work within the department during busy periods

-Excellent computer and typing skills
-Excellent telephone manner
-Excellent organisational skills
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Hours- Part time
Salary- Negotiable depending on experience
