Main Responsibilities:

Managing Growth & Quality:

• Hit those budget and target markers set by the Operations Manager.
• Dive deep into branch and consultant performance, addressing any deviations with finesse.
• Stay in the know about the education recruitment scene, securing and maintaining a balanced portfolio of clients.
• Lead a high-performing team and collaborate on MAT acquisition targets.

Managing Educators:

• Ensure your team has the know-how to place quality Educators
• Work magic with the Educator Experience team to deliver top-notch service.

People Management:

• Cultivate a high performance team that aligns with our company values.
• Set clear objectives, measure performance regularly, and manage headcount.

Change Management/Leading Innovation:

• Foster a culture of continuous growth and improvement
• Empower your team to try out new ideas and embrace innovation.

• 4 Consultants

Your Blueprint:

Background and experience:

• A degree or equivalent experience.
• Management experience with a knack for building high-performing teams
• Bonus points if you’ve got experience in the education sector.

Skills, Abilities and Knowledge:

• Master of interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• A proactive networker and business development guru
• Commercially savvy with a flair for financial planning.
• Tech-savvy and well-versed in relevant legislation.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
