Job Description

As a senior manager, you'll take a leading role in the transformation and change at our service.
You'll championing client's well-being, safety and quality of life.
Take lead of the nursing, care and therapy teams in delivering a joined-up person centred care, treatment and support service in Care Rehabilitation Centre.
Design and develop imaginative approaches to service delivery to maximise income opportunities, promote efficiencies and champion personalisation.

Proactively lead and manage the clinical team to provide the highest level of holistic clinical practice and ensure the process of clinical supervision within the workplace.
Facilitate and lead managers and services staff in their collaboration with other departments, key stakeholders and users of services to promote creative and innovative ways to deliver services which meet the needs of the people we support and promote the capacity of individuals within the wider community.

The Successful Applicant

Experience of Leading, uniting and working within a multidisciplinary team
Experience of managing strategic and operational performance in achieving key targets
Proven management experience within a health or social care environment
Proven record of financial management, delivering on complex and large budgets including reducing cost, monitoring and determining corrective action.
