As Pastry Trainee, you would have a 6-month placement emersed in the Pastry and Bakery department onboard one of Silversea's award-winning ships.

You would be involved in all aspects of bread, cake, desserts and chocolate production.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be a recent culinary graduate with an interest in Pastry.

This role is only the first step to becoming a Pastry Chef onboard!Permanent positions are offered to trainees on completion of their contracts, based on satisfactory performance.

Place of work: onboard a cruise ship.
