TSR Legal is collaborating with a prominent Swansea firm who now have a brand new opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join their growing Swansea team.
The Role
Join a welcoming regional employment team representing various clients in non-contentious Employment matters. The team handles high-quality work. In this role, you will become a vital part of a supportive team, taking charge of your own cases from initiation to resolution.
While primarily based in Swansea, you will collaborate with colleagues from other offices.
The firm is open-minded regarding candidates’ backgrounds, whether you are a lawyer at a smaller firm seeking advancement or a solicitor at a larger national firm aspiring for a better quality of life balance.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate is a UK qualified Employment Solicitor with 2 plus years PQE.
