Job description
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies to ensure the optimal cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Conduct supplier negotiations and manage the supplier performance evaluation process.
- Manage the procurement process for indirect, including transport and CAPEX.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to forecast demand accurately.
- Monitor market trends in the FMCG industry and make appropriate sourcing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company's purchasing policies and procedures.
- Manage supplier relationships and handle any supply chain issues that arise.
- Contribute to the company's sustainability goals through strategic procurement practices.
