Job description

Our client is a UK manufacturer, distributing healthcare solutions globally across a wide spectrum of areas within healthcare, with a significant history. The company is now enhancing their whole commercial strategy to increase its market share. We have been tasked to recruit and hire an experienced healthcare sales professional to join the B2B division.

Managing the B2B customers within their chosen territory and responsible for protection of existing business and organic and new business growth. Coordinating the sales, marketing and training strategy across these B2B customers ensuring annual growth in line with company and revenue and margin targets.. Ensuring our client becomes the partner of choice across the UK B2B landscape leveraging the company’s unique portfolio capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the achievement of the defined sales and margin targets for these B2B accounts.

Identify future growth opportunities within existing accounts and with other as yet untapped B2B partners, wholesalers and retailers.

Provide regular product forecasts for sales leadership and operations.

To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria:

3 to 5 years operational sales & marketing experience in a healthcare company.

B2B experience preferrable.

Financial knowledge and cash flow management.

Excellent knowledge of the B2B environment.

Achieving results in a matrix environment.
