Job description

Our client has over 15 years of history providing high quality pump services to their commercial and domestic customers in the South West. They work with a wide range of institutions, including universities, local councils, farms and property management and due to recent growth they are recruiting for a Service & Installation Manager from a Pumps background for their operations in Gloucestershire. Project Information: As a pump Service & Installation Manager you will be required to manage the maintenance, servicing, commissioning and the installation of pumping equipment. The ideal person must have a strong background in managing clean water and wastewater environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the servicing, maintenance, installation and commissioning of pumps.
• Must carry out fault investigations and repairs.
• Will clean the tanks and carry out chlorination services with a team.
• On site visits will provide advice for the build of materials and the solutions needed for repairs.
• Liaise with the M&E services department

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in service and or installation management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-focused and results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

• Full UK driving license.
• Health & Safety awareness
• CSCS certification
• IPAF Certification
• 18th edition Electrical competency
• Confined space trained
• Electrical qualifications
