Job description
Our client has over 15 years of history providing high quality pump services to their commercial and domestic customers in the South West. They work with a wide range of institutions, including universities, local councils, farms and property management and due to recent growth they are recruiting for a Service & Installation Manager from a Pumps background for their operations in Gloucestershire.
Project Information: As a pump Service & Installation Manager you will be required to manage the maintenance, servicing, commissioning and the installation of pumping equipment. The ideal person must have a strong background in managing clean water and wastewater environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the servicing, maintenance, installation and commissioning of pumps.
- Must carry out fault investigations and repairs.
- Will clean the tanks and carry out chlorination services with a team.
- On site visits will provide advice for the build of materials and the solutions needed for repairs.
- Liaise with the M&E services department
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in service and or installation management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused and results-oriented mindset.
Qualifications:
- Full UK driving license.
- Health & Safety awareness
- CSCS certification
- IPAF Certification
- 18th edition Electrical competency
- Confined space trained
- Electrical qualifications
