Role and Responsibilities:

As a Finance Business Partner, you will:

Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads, program managers, and other key stakeholders to align financial strategies with organizational goals and objectives.

Financial Analysis: Analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial data to provide valuable insights that support informed decision-making.

Performance Evaluation: Evaluate program performance and financial efficiency, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings.

Risk Management: Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks, ensuring compliance with public sector regulations.

Budgeting and Planning: Participate in the budgeting and planning process, offering expertise in financial modeling and resource allocation.

Communication: Communicate complex financial information in a clear and accessible manner to non-finance stakeholders.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's or CPA preferred).
• Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• An understanding of public sector financial regulations (previous experience in the public sector is a plus).
