The Customer Service role within Star Sports is pivotal to our operations. Working alongside Traders in a small, dedicated team, you will deliver top-level, prompt customer service, with a particular focus on trading and compliance issues. Upholding our ethos of maintaining a personal service is paramount.
Location: Hove, onsite.
Hours: Covering 7 days a week, 8am – 9pm Mon-Sun (5 x 8-hour shifts), totalling 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolving customer queries promptly and delivering a premium customer experience.
• Monitoring and responding to customer service calls, emails, and online queries.
• Collaborating closely with Traders to make quick and well-informed decisions.
• Understanding and utilizing industry terminology effectively.
• Working as part of a bustling trading room environment.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and goes the extra mile for customers.
• Has an interest in sports, from football to horse racing and beyond.
• Understands industry terminology and ideally has previous experience in a similar role.
• Is a team player, capable of working closely with Traders.
• Possesses good computer skills, including proficiency in relevant industry software.
