Job Description
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategies for market penetration
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Provide insight and recommendations on product development based on market needs.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
- Proven track record in winning new business
- Proficiency in sales strategies and market analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop strategic relationships with stakeholders.
- Would be a benefit to have strong knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Would be a benefit to have sold into Human Resources departments
- The ability to get to Slough (either by train or car) at least three times a week
