Alfa Leisureplex Group has an opportunity for aBar Supervisor to join the team atThe Hotel de Paris, Cromer.

Bar Supervisor working hours:

As aBar Supervisor you will work 30 - 35 hours per week, including weekends with an hourly rate of £12.25 – Regardless of age, which will be increasing to £13.35 an hour in April 2024!

Being a Bar Supervisor:

The main function of the Bar Supervisor role will be to supervise the effective running of the Hotel Bar. This will include managing the stock levels and making sure the equipment is in good working order. Organising the bar Rota and supervising of bar employees. You will also of course serve drinks and make sure your customers are satisfied. It is important that the bar areas are clean/tidy and secure at all times. This role will include cleaning the public areas once the bar service is closed down. You will also get involved in the entertainment for the guests including bingo, quiz and calling raffles.

Your work shift patterns can be discussed at the interview if you are successful in getting through to this stage.
