Commercial Litigation Partner

With a number of offices in the Southwest, our client has recently undergone a period of extensive growth so now more than ever, would be an exciting time to join them.
They are currently seeking an ambitious commercial litigator to head up their existing team. You will be dealing with a wide range of commercial litigation matters and you can expect to handle matters involving company, shareholder, partnership, and commercial contract disputes.
Business development is an important part of this role, and you can expect to play an active role in networking and raising the firm's profile as they continue to go from strength to strength.
You will be expected to supervise and mentor a growing team and therefore strong relationship and communication skills are essential.
