Job description

What you will do in your working day

• To provide IT support to all users in person and remotely
• Be the first point of contract for the IT service desk
• To assess, prioritise and escalate IT tickets where appropriate
• Configuration and checking of end user equipment
• Creating and maintaining documentation

The training you will be getting

• Information Communications Technician Level 3 (A level) Apprenticeship Standard
• Further progression may well be available in other areas within our sector, upon successful completion the apprentice will have a Level 3 qualification
• How the training will be delivered is to be confirmed
