Job description
LHH Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for a Head of Finance to join a market leading business in South Birmingham.
This role will report directly to the Finance Director and manage a finance team which consists of 30 people of which 8 are direct reports.
Within this Head of Finance role, you will be responsible for all financial reporting across various businesses, attend calls with clients to discuss performance of individual sites and deputise for the Finance Director.
The salary for this role is between £75,000 - £85,000 (could be some flexibility) and this client works on a hybrid basis.
Key Duties:
- Management of the finance department
- Ensure timely and accurate production of management accounts, forecast, budgets and cash flow.
- Support internal audit process
- Manage the finance team and motivate/drive team performance
- Keep a close eye to process improvement across the business
To be successful with this application you must be a qualified accountant with the following experience:
- Strong cash flow management
- Excellent people management skills
- Demonstrate continuous growth and process improvement
- Be able to be hands on with anything finance related
