The David Ross Education Trust is now recruiting for the role of Pastoral Manager. This role will be based at Lodge Park Academy in Corby.

About the role
The Pastoral Manager will work under the leadership of the Vice Principal for Pastoral. The successful person will play a vital role in contributing to the culture, ethos, and wellbeing of the whole Academy, by supporting the welfare of our students. This includes working with them to improve their mental health and wellbeing, their behaviour choices and their physical health. The successful candidate will work closely with families to provide behaviour interventions and support to improve student behaviour and remove student barriers to learning.
Permanent - Full time, term time 39 weeks, 37 hours a week Monday to Friday.
