Job description

Family Background:
A German/Arab family residing in Dubai is seeking an experienced and dedicated nanny to care for their three children, aged 9, 4, and 2. The family has a full-time housekeeper, a full-time nanny, and two full-time drivers already in their employment. This role involves a mix of childcare, household tasks, and flexibility due to the family's international travel.

Responsibilities:
Morning routine assistance and lunch preparation
Children's laundry and light housekeeping
Driving and school pick-ups
Supervised after-school activities and therapy sessions (speech, OT, PT)
Homework assistance and developmental support
Engaging in creative play, storytelling, and arts and crafts
Cooking nutritious meals
Encouraging active play and teaching basic manners
Planning age-appropriate activities
Monitoring developmental milestones
Traveling internationally with the family (2-3 months in Europe during the summer, 2-3 weeks in the winter)
Ensuring child safety and well-being at all times

Requirements:
Native German, French, English or Arabic speaker preferred (due to the family's background)
Minimum 5 years of experience with children of similar age groups
Strong organisational and time management skills
Flexibility to work some nights and weekends
Ability to travel internationally, including the USA
Confident swimmer
Strict non-smoker
Professional demeanour and a discreet personality
Focus on job responsibilities and commitment to long-term employment
Valid first aid qualification
Clean driving record (driving is essential)

Working Hours:

Approximately 40 hours per week, including some nights and weekends

Compensation Package:
Private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom provided
Car provided
Salary range: €3500-€4500 NET per month
Start Date: ASAP
