Job description
We are looking for an Enquiries Office Administrator to join our friendly team, and play a key coordinating and organising role in a large, busy and vibrant faculty. You will oversee the daily running of the Enquiries Office, acting as a central information point for students, academic staff and visitors.
Integral to the smooth-running of teaching and administration within the building, you will assist with the annual production of the teaching timetable, manage room and catering bookings, liaise with the website coordinator to ensure web pages are updated, take responsibility for the practicalities surrounding large events such as away days or public lectures, and for organising social activities.
You will compile and maintain a calendar of annual events, timetable of annual meetings and the faculty's mailing and membership lists, while also offering assistance to the undergraduate student support team during their peak periods of activity.
This role will suit you if you have excellent communication and organisational skills, can work independently and with initiative, and have a flexible and enthusiastic approach to helping provide advice and information or responding to queries
