The team handles a variety of matters including everything from mental capacity, deprivation of liberty and other Court of Protection issues to Inquests and high-profile investigations.

Wide range of quality Court of Protection Work as well as Inquest matters
Our client is looking for solicitors with sound experience to further strengthen the practice area. In particular, the team is looking for solicitors with experience with Inquest work. Advocacy experience would also be advantageous.

This is an established national team. Specialisms vary from matters of patient welfare, including relating to the Court of Protection as well as high-profile inquest and investigation work. The team also advises on Judicial Review, governance issues and other regulatory matters which relate to the health and social care sector.
