About the role
In joining our Logistics team, you will be given the opportunity to train and develop throughout our clear progression pathways. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Warehouse experience but wants to develop it further, or someone who just fancies a change in direction!Starting in palletising you will be working in a fast-paced chilled environment palletising our customers cases in preparation for their storage. You will be trained in our picking processes, and further training is available for you to operate our MHE, developing from an PPT operator right through to our VNA.
Key responsibilities will include:
•Picking
•Scanning
•Loading
•Stock taking
•Palletising
What we are looking for:
The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively
•Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
•Experience within a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
Working Hours
4o4off 05:30- 18:00
Benefits
£11.50 per hour (paid weekly), + an extra £2 per hour for hours worked between 6pm - 6am
Earn a minimum of £462 per week,

Our Wednesbury site is a flagship Added Value center for Avara, which employ over 150 talented induvials at the site, who help to supply some of the UK’s largest supermarkets and popular restaurants!
