Conducting patient assessments and providing appropriate care in accordance with established protocols.
Assisting with the management of chronic diseases and promoting preventive healthcare measures.
Administering vaccinations and immunizations as per guidelines.
Conducting wound care and other clinical procedures as required.
Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills:
Registered Nurse with a valid license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
Previous experience as a Practice Nurse is highly desirable.
Competence in clinical assessments, wound care, and vaccination administration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
