New opportunity for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join this L500 rated Essex firm.

You will undertake a varied and challenging caseload of transactional corporate and commercial work including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Reorganisations
• Corporate finance
• Corporate restructuring
• Joint ventures
• Financing and re-financing
• Cross-border work
• Compliance issues
• Insolvency
• Supply and maintenance contracts
• Terms of sale and purchase
• Intellectual property
• Data protection issues
• Agency and distribution agreements

You will be able to demonstrate exceptional client service, have strong negotiation and communication skills and have strong technical knowledge. You will work alongside experts in the field and benefit from excellent training in a supportive environment.
