About the Company

The Kestrels is looking for people for the role of a Support Worker who share our values to provide support to adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities in Bricket Wood, St Albans. Working with our residents is both rewarding and fulfilling - no two days are the same. The job is within a 12 bedded residential bungalow setting

What does this Support Worker job involve?

Hours of Work: 40 Hours Per Week - Shifts: Between 07:00 - 21:00

 Assisting with personal hygiene needs
 Supporting people at mealtimes
 Helping with mobility
 Enabling residents to take part in a wide range of hobbies and activities
