Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner - 12 month FTC - FMCG
- Supporting the heads of departments in their understanding of project delivery financial impacts.
- Reviewing and advising key business cases to ensure financial accuracy for the business.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with heads of departments and the wider finance team
- Working closely with all areas of Group and FP&A colleagues to ensure integrity of financial reporting.
- Providing insight & analysis for tactical and strategic projects.
- To assist in identifying and addressing key dependencies and potential issues to meet or exceed plan objectives.
- Handling complex, challenging conversations to influence others in reaching positive and mutually beneficial outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Finance Business Partner - 12 month FTC - FMCG, will be:
- Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Excellent track record of building relationships with multiple partners
- Strong communication skills and possesses commercial awareness of the wider industry.
- Previous experience working in FMCG / retail sector
- Experience in effectively managing multiple partner expectations and prioritisation
- Ability to challenge team members and influence
