Are you a confident, professional HGV Class 1 driver looking for a new permanent role?
The UK’s premier hire company is recruiting for a Class 1 HGV driver for their depot in Bedford!

As a Class 1 HGV driver, your work will involve:
Delivering a wide range of plant hire equipment to customers in a timely manner and providing an excellent service to their customers.
- Carry out multi-drop delivery/collections in a timely manner. Completing up to 15 drops a day, depending on customer demands.
- Perform daily vehicle checks, fill out all relevant paperwork and report any defects found
- Handle customer issues on delivery/collection escalating to Transport Planner/ Depot Manager as necessary.
- Communicating at all times with Transport Planners, in the event of any delays or issues relating to delivery and collections.
- Complying at all times with the Health and Safety Regulations in regards to the loading and off-loading of Plant Equipment.
Qualifications or Requirements of the successful driver:
- Experienced Class 1 HGV driver
- Full UK Licence with Category C+E Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
- Professional, reliable and good communication skills.
- 2 x Referees
Location – Bedford
Monday – Friday
6.00am – 5.00pm
