Bennett and Game currently have the pleasure of representing a RIBA chartered architectural practise based in Stockport, Greater Manchester who are seeking a talented Senior Architectural Technologist to join the team. Our client are seeking an ambitious Senior Architectural Technologist to join their growing team that offers progression opportunities and an exciting pipeline of work, predominantly within the residential and commercial sectors. Our client work on a variety of projects, these vary from small scale to large scale developments.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Senior Architectural Technologist, to join an employee focused company who offer excellent career progression opportunities to Associate level. Our client offer hybrid working for 2 days a week.

Project Architect Position Overview

• Run jobs from inception to completion
• Keep within budgetary requirements
• prepare all statutory approval reports and applications
• Produce technical details
• Complete site
• Design / work on projects within the commercial and residential sectors
• Develop designs into working drawings
• Coordinate tender and construction design packages
• Submission of planning / building regs
• Work on projects throughout all RIBA stages

Project Architect Position Requirements

• Based within a commutable distance of Stockport, Greater Manchester
• Ability to run projects
• Good knowledge of either AutoCAD or Revit
• Prior experience within either the residential or commercial sectors
• Motivated individual
• Ability to work well as part of a design / technical team

Project Architect Position Remuneration

• Competitive salary (£35,000 - £45,00 DOE)
• Hybrid working
