Job description

Our client is a Trust company focused on providing premium service to ultra-high net worth individuals, families, institutions, and family offices is seeking to recruit a Trust Manager, Guernsey.

Overall purpose of the role:

This role is suitable for a Trust professional who is STEP/ICSA Diploma qualified (or equivalent) to join a private client team dealing with HNW clients.

Working closely with the Assistant Manager, the candidate will be responsible for providing a proactive, high-quality service to the UNHW client structures, liaising closely with advisers, family principals and other service providers as required. With support from the Assistant Manager, the candidate will have overall supervision and management of the team, assisting the Administrators with technical issues work prioritisation and team projects.

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of 10 years’ Trust and Company experience.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience leading and managing people.
• Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
• Project management skills for transactions, also anticipating what other deliverables / support may be required (consents, advice, CDD, resourcing).
