Job description
Visible and responsive leadership, setting the standard for others and role-modelled throughout the division for all managers To support the Associate Director of Nursing and clinical services across the Secure Care Division to deliver the strategic vision for the Division and the organisation. To provide and ensure effective leadership across the Secure Care division. To drive the cultural change required to embody the Trusts vision and values and support the successful transition of services. To provide high level operational and strategic planning and leadership to ensure that the Secure Care Division provides high quality patient care and achieves its performance objectives.
