Position: Architectural Technologist
Location: Newcastle-Upon-Tyne
Salary: £28,000 - £45,000
About the Architectural Technologist role:
A well-established, nationwide Architectural practice in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne is looking for an Architectural Technologist with 5+ years’ experience to join their successful team.
The ideal Architectural Technologist will be adept in CAD and display all the skills of a competent residential Architectural professional. The right candidate must also be ready to join an already successful team and be prepared to grow with the business but also be confident enough to get straight to work.
The role will involve reviewing the building forms as well as the placement & organisation of sites and how the spaces are arranged.
With hybrid work being offered to all staff there is also a great work-life balance for the successful applicant.
To be considered for the role you must:
- Be degree qualified
- Have 5+ years’ experience
- Be adept in CAD
- Have residential experience (Housing Layouts)
- Have fire regulations knowledge.
- Have planning applications knowledge
- Have building regulations knowledge
