Job description
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
- Revise and update Marine & QHSE department management system documents.
- Prepare, organize and maintain filing systems for, primarily, documents that are legally required to be retained, ensuring legislative and guidance requirement focus is maintained.
- Interface with relevant departmental personnel & 3rd parties on documentation requirements.
- Ensure consistency in document presentation.
- Provide administration support to internal Business Management System continual improvement project.
- Releasing updated management systems documents, ensuring correct document properties and BMS drive filing structure is maintained.
- Focal Point for all BMS enquiries.
- Assist with the completion of Internal audits in the Office and Offshore
- Emergency Team member as required.
- Carry out Incident Investigations as required.
- Data collation for Operational and M&QHSE Reporting
