Your Purpose
Your campaign work will focus on the new-build housing and construction industry and be targeted at specific segments as defined by the business. You will have opportunities to target some of the UK’s most exciting builders & developers, work with the sector’s leading figures and play a role in helping to deliver the safe and sustainable homes and places our country needs. You will research, develop and produce relevant and timely marketing campaign plans to be used across a range of online and offline channels. Working with the marketing team and marketing manager, you will help us develop and implement marketing initiatives and provide comprehensive marketing support to aid customer relationship management and achieve business targets. While working strictly within the FCA regulations, you still enjoy a great deal of autonomy.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan and implement sales and marketing initiatives for the assigned segments, with task ownership
- from start to finish.
- Work across departments to acquire knowledge of business and technical service to produce
- informative content for customer and prospect contacts.
- Liaising with Marketing Manager and team members to ensure day to day team marketing tasks and
deadlines are met.
- Managing the approval process for new documents via the in-house system (Q Pulse).
- Using and managing Hubspot (CRM) to set up, deliver, measure and report on the success of
marketing campaigns and ensure a high level of data management is maintained.
- Planning, producing agendas and event management e.g. annual awards programme, technical
seminars and corporate hospitality as appropriate.
- Undertake customer research to ensure high service standards are being maintained and ensure customer expectations are met
- Conduct market and competitor research on our existing business and market segments, to determine new business opportunities and new routes to market.
- Logging all marketing activity and analysing for reporting purposes. Providing area management information to marketing manager on a weekly/monthly basis as required.
- To liaise with all departments and support the implementation of direct mail and email campaigns in line with company objectives.
- Keep abreast of legislation changes that affect all products and services, updating documents accordingly.
- To attend and manage trade exhibitions and industry events as required.
- To adhere to the FCA regulations governing the conduct of insurance business.
- Set-up email templates, landing pages and thank you pages
- Nurture leads using workflows (marketing automation),
- Collaborating with Barbour ABI to maintain good working relationship - reviewing lead data quality and investigating further links to improve use of key lead/site info data
- To undertake any other ad hoc duties as reasonably required
