Remuneration: £25-£27.50 per hour
Description: Part-time Hygienist required ASAP for 14-21 hours per week (flexible days and hours) in a MODERN, well-established and INDEPENDENTLY owned practice in Woodthorpe, Nottingham.
• £25-£27.50 per hour
• Dedicated Hygiene room
• Nurse support
• 20 or 30 minute appointments (decided by Hygienist)
• Flexible hours!
• Practicing principal on-site
• 2 practice managers
• Free on-street parking
• Practice opening hours: Mon, Tues & Thurs: 9am-5pm; Weds & Fri - 9am-4:30pm
• Available from 4th March 2024

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
