Job Title: Facilities Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Supervisor within a leading Public Sector Organisation based inGreater Manchester.
Duties will include:
- Supervise the dedicated in house domestic teams
- Co-ordinate and deploy resources to ensure coverage as demanded by the needs of the business
- Ensure equipment, consumables and stock control are operated effectively and efficiently, ensuring that financial and procurement regulations are adhered to.
- Hold regular 1-2-1 meetings with staff
- Manage staff ESR records to update holidays, sickness and general staff management
- Ensure all staff have the relevant risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), COSHH and other health and safety documentation ahead of completing any task.
- Ensure that staff have the appropriate training before completing any tasks, such as manual handling, MVA.
- Regular meetings reporting into the Facilities Manager
Essential skills / qualifications:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience in Facilities is Desirable
- Proven experience of supervising teams
