An opportunity has arisen to recruit an additional Divisional Support Officer to the Division B Senior Management Team. The Division B Senior Leadership Team are looking to appoint a self-motivated individual to join the team as the Divisional Support Officer.
You’ll be acting as PA to members of the Divisional senior management team. You will support, from an administration perspective, the day to day work of the Senior Management of Division B, giving you the opportunity to get involved in complex administration tasks, major projects and high impact meetings. In return you will be supported to develop your talents and skill-set, and in doing so, prepare you for the next step in your career.
It’s a great time to be part of Division B, the opening of the Cambridge Cancer Research Hospital, development of our Genomics Hub and the introduction of a second robot in our surgical services are just a few of the innovations in care that you will be supporting.

Educated to degree or equivalent.
Customer Service/ Business Admin /ITQ or equivalent professional experience.
Secretary qualification or equivalent.
Working toward degree level.
Team leader/management qualification.
Experience of managing staff/a busy clerical/office environment or reception service or project.
Secretarial and /or complex administrative experience.
Prioritising, planning and organising own and other’s tasks.
Experience of dealing with difficult situations and confrontations.
Data entry experience and documentation.
Previous experience of working in NHS.
Previous experience of working with electronic patient records.
Recruitment and Selection of staff.
