Job description
As part of the Talent Development Coordinator role, you will provide comprehensive and proactive administrative & coordination support across all aspects of Training & Talent Development. Working closely with the Head of Talent Development to ensure a high-quality of service is delivered across all locations.
Key Deliverables:
- Accurate maintenance of all training & development records
- Maintenance and management of Workday Learning content, business processes and administration
- Administer external training requests, approval, booking, and payment processes in line with the Training Policy
- Accurately maintain a record of all training spend against budget, proactively providing regular updates
- Coordinate all administrative activities for the delivery of workshops and programs. Including but not limited to;
- Training calendar maintenance
- Request, delegate and attendance records
- Attendee invites and joining instructions
- Supplier liaison
- Venue booking and preparation etc
- Training materials
- Contribute to the design, build and delivery of high quality and engaging eLearning solutions
Technical competencies, knowledge & experience:
Required
- Previous experience in a similar training administrator/coorinator role
- Experience in administering a Learner Management System (LMS)
- Excellent MS Office skills (in particular Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- A strong attention to detail
- Highly organised & able to effectivity prioritise own workload
- A proactive and solution focused approach
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Ideal
- CIPD L3 Certificate in HR/L&D Practice
- Experience working in a Technology/software development training environment
Experience working with Workday Performance & Learning
