They are looking for an experienced Property Manager who will provide exceptional customer service and manage the portfolio in an efficient and pro-active manner.
Company Overview – Property Manager
Our client has a team that is entrepreneurial, visionary and resourceful. They are developing one of Central London’s landmark regeneration schemes that include property for sale, build to rent, commercial units, a design centre, flexible working and events spaces and more. This particular lettings portfolio is built, owned and managed by the developer and the customers expect a service which matches the vision and environment they have created.
Key duties – Property Manager:
• Use initiative and problem-solving to foresee and resolve issues
• Co-ordinate and manage works with approved contractors; ensuring successful completion
• Conduct regular property inspections/visits, providing reports and follow up with tenants
• Monitor rent payments, contact tenants for late payments and agree payment plan
• Communicate warmly and efficiently with clients, ensuring tenancy renewals are completed in time
• Manage the end of tenancy process and deposit returns
• Build and maintain customer relationships through expert communication and high service levels
• Demonstrate active problem solving to avoid unnecessary complaints
• Keep abreast of and adhere to any legal requirements for residential lettings
• Demonstrate a high level of operational efficiency by delivering tasks to the required standard
• Propose improvements to processes in order to increase efficiency and improve service delivery
• Report KPIs/activity and provide detailed action points in pursuit of targets to senior leaders
Person specification – Property Manager:
• Experience in the residential lettings side of property management (agency or build to rent)
• Good knowledge of tenancy legislation and how to manage maintenance works
• Smart, intelligent and educated
• Calm and organised with methodical approach to work
• Developed excellent prioritisation skills
• Customer facing – so strong customer experience, personable and approachable at all times
• Positive and enthusiastic
• Keen to work in an on-site environment 5 days a week
Salary and benefits package – Property Manager :
£30,000 – £35,000
25 days + bank holiday, health insurance, enhanced maternity, life assurance, enhanced pension scheme, discretionary bonus and more
Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6:00 pm
