A Vacancy at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust.

LNW is looking for a qualified Clinical Physiologist to join an enthusiastic and dynamic team to work at the new Ealing CDC .

This ia an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Clinical Physiologist to work at the brand new Ealing CDC to help with the ever increasing demand within LNW Cardiology department to provide an ECG service and to fit and analyse 24/48/72 hour and 7 day tapes.

Please Note: We are open to employing at a less band if necessary!!

Your role will be to carry out cardiac diagnostic tests within Ealing CDC.

This involves the performing and interpreting ECG's.

Fitting and reporting of BP monitors .

Fitting and analyzing of 24/48/72hr and 7 day holter tapes to an high level of accuracy and to produced reports to a wide multidisciplinary, upholding Trust heart values.

Work to be carried out in a timely and efficient way, meeting deadlines and keeping senior staff informed of changes in own technical workload and maintain clinical documentation and databases as directed by the Ealing CDC. To be involved statistical analysis of data for the CDC and to adhere to departmental standards of record keeping with respect to accuracy, timeliness of completion and confidentiality.

You will be expected to exercise initiative and judgement in solving problems related to own technical workload, whilst keeping others informed and recognising when there is a need to refer problems to senior colleagues and being responsive to advice given.

Your role will involve dealing with telephone queries from patients, relatives, general practitioners etc in a calm and professional manner, providing testing in the community where appropriate and any other duties as requested by Lead Cardiac Physiologist.
