Home based Supervising Social Worker

Salary between £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience

NonStop Care is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted in the Kent area, in order to help them recruit for a permanent Supervising Social Worker.

This is mostly a home based role, offering you a lot of flexibility with your schedule. You will have to go to the office in Maidstone now and then for the team meetings, but that is not very often.

Responsibilities:

The Supervising Social Worker will be responsible for the recruitment, assessment and supervision of about 10 foster carers located in Kent. The role is due to internal promotion, so the Supervising Social Worker will take on an existing caseload, with some capacity to grow in numbers.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or within a LAC team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
