Our school is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate PE Teacher who can inspire and motivate students with SEMH challenges to actively engage in physical education. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting physical well-being and fostering positive attitudes towards health and fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons, tailored to the specific needs of students with SEMH challenges.
* Create a safe and inclusive environment that encourages participation and teamwork.
* Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning needs and abilities.
* Organize and facilitate extracurricular sports activities to enhance student engagement.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a focus on Physical Education.
* Experience working with students with SEMH needs is advantageous.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to create dynamic and accessible lesson plans.
