Job description
We have the privilege of recruiting on behalf of an innovative business, who are a leader in their sector, supplying UK and European Retail customers with Fresh, High Quality products. We offer the exciting opportunity of Technical Compliance Manager to join the Technical team in a key position.
Reporting to the Senior Technical Manager, the successful individual will lead the key customer audits and ensure compliance to Legal, Food Safety, and Customer requirements across an impressive, dynamic, and fast-paced fresh produce site.
Responsibilities include;
Ensure the internal audit schedule is implemented against the QMS & the Customer Codes of Practices / Requirements
Management of the QMS / Quality Management System, to comply to BRC requirements
HACCP / TACCP / VACCP team leadership, documentation, validation, and review
We require;
Previous experience in a Compliance Management position, within Fresh Produce / Fresh Food environments
Knowledge of and confident to work to & achieve BRC & TFS & Customer 3rd-party Audits
Exposure to QMS, HACCP, VACCP, TACCP, GMP and KPI management
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work at all levels
Driven, energetic, and passionate about achieving results
Salary; £30-35k – dependent on experience
Hours; Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm, but flexibility required
