Job description
Hilden Oaks is seeking to employ an experienced and inspirational individual to fulfil the vital role of Deputy Head, leading the school in both academic and operational matters, and enabling them to fulfil their vision of Nurturing Excellence.

We require a candidate who can:
Lead with vision and energy setting an example both in and out of the classroom.
Role model our school values at all times, and be responsible for the positive behaviour of pupils
Lead a curriculum change towards an enquiry-based approach such as the IB PYP.
Lead staff to develop their practice both as individuals and collaboratively
Utilise excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Foster strong, positive relationships with parents, trustees, and other stakeholders
