The Role
As we continue to structure and grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and commercially focused Application Support Analyst for our Mayrise software to join our fast-paced organisation.
The primary function of this role is to be a first point of contact within our Application Support team, providing telephone, email, and remote support directly to our customers. You will be expected to deliver the highest standards in Customer Service.
You will gain exposure to several disciplines, inducing: Application support and operational advice, software installation and continuation, databases and reporting and delivering Software as a Service (SaaS).
The role also very occasionally requires applying system upgrades to our clients to our hosted/non-hosted environments, outside of standard working hours.
You will be dealing with customer support queries, using a ticketing system, updating as necessary. You will escalate incidents to the relevant departments and provide support to our desktop, server, and mobile applications.
